Lead times

Once you approve your artwork proof, allow around 10 to 15 business days, manufacturing and delivery included. The exact lead time is stated on your quote and depends on the volume and the destination.

Areas and delivery costs

We deliver throughout the European Union and to the United Kingdom on a DDP basis: import duties and taxes are included in the price. No surprise charges on arrival.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships. Our team stays reachable at [email protected] for anything about your order.

Receipt and inspection

On delivery, check the condition of the parcels. If you spot visible damage, report it to the carrier and send us photos within 48 h at [email protected].

Returns

Because the panels are made to measure, they are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal. That said, any product that is defective, does not match the approved artwork proof or was damaged in transit is replaced or remade at our expense, once verified from photos.
