Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These terms govern the sales concluded on acoustelio.com between NEXUS SYNERGY FZCO ("ACOUSTELIO") and any business or consumer customer. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of them.
2. Products
ACOUSTELIO designs and supplies acoustic panels manufactured to measure according to the customer's specifications (dimensions, shape, finish, printing). Slight variations in shade, dimension or print rendering may occur and do not constitute a defect.
3. Prices
Prices are quoted in euros. Unless stated otherwise, they are understood to be DDP (import duties and taxes included) for deliveries within the European Union. The applicable rates are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Order and proof (artwork proof)
The order follows these steps: project configuration, quote, payment. For any personalised product, an artwork proof is sent for approval before production. Manufacturing starts only after the customer's written approval of the proof. Cancellation free of charge is possible only before the proof is approved.
5. Payment
Payment is made by credit card or bank transfer (on request), through a secure connection. No banking data is stored by ACOUSTELIO.
6. Manufacturing and lead times
Indicative lead times are 10 to 15 working days after the proof is approved, delivery included. Lead times may vary depending on volume and destination; they are specified in the quote.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered DDP within the European Union. The detailed terms are set out in our delivery and returns policy.
8. Guarantee
Products come with a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, in addition to the statutory guarantees applicable to consumers in the European Union (conformity and hidden defects).
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised. In the event of a defective product, see the returns policy.
10. Claims
Any claim must be sent to [email protected] within 48 h of receipt, together with photos. A reply is provided within 24 to 48 working hours.
11. Intellectual property
The customer is responsible for the content (logos, artwork) they submit for printing and warrants that they hold the rights to it. ACOUSTELIO reserves the right to refuse any unlawful content.
12. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
13. Mediation and disputes
In the event of a dispute, a prior written claim is required. Failing a resolution, the consumer may turn to a consumer mediator or to the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
14. Governing law
These terms are subject to the law applicable at the company's registered office, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence within the European Union.
