Solutions by sector

Acoustic panels for restaurants, offices, hotels and public buildings.

We start from your noise problem, not from a catalogue. Reverberation, speech intelligibility, sound comfort: a poorly treated space means listening fatigue, conversations talking over each other and an image that suffers for it. We pick the right acoustic treatment for your venue, its constraints of atmosphere, image and standards.

Why made-to-measure

Why choose a made-to-measure acoustic panel over a standard one?

An acoustic panel does not provide soundproofing. It provides acoustic treatment: it absorbs the sound waves that bounce off walls, floor and ceiling, and reduces reverberation time. The result is felt straight away in a restaurant or an open-plan office. People can hear each other. Listening fatigue falls. Speech intelligibility climbs back up.

Our stance: not choosing between performance and aesthetics. Our panels are made of PET (part of it recycled), light, available in several shapes, finishes and colours, and printable in your colours. Absorption is measured (NRC 0.85), and the fire classification EN 13501-1 (B-s1,d0) opens the door to public-access buildings.

How much surface needs treating? It depends on the volume of the room and the hard materials present (glass, concrete, tiles). We start from your plan or a few photos to estimate the useful absorbent area, then we design the solution.

Frequently asked questions

What should you know before ordering your acoustic panels?

Are your panels compliant for a public building (fire safety)?
Yes, and it is a point we never compromise on. Our panels are fire-certified to the EN 13501-1 standard, class B-s1,d0, the level required for public-access buildings: restaurants, hotels, offices, schools, venues. In concrete terms, the material limits the spread of flames, gives off very little smoke and produces no flaming droplets. The matching certificate comes with every order, ready to present during an inspection or a fire safety commission. If your project has specific requirements, flag them up front: we check compliance before we start production. See the detail of the fire classification.
Can we print our logo or a visual on the panels?
Yes, it is actually our speciality. We print in high definition, full colour, directly onto the acoustic felt: your logo, a photo, a pattern or your entire brand identity. You send us your file, our team calibrates it to render well on the material, then you receive an artwork proof (BAT). Nothing goes into production until you have approved that proof, so no nasty surprises on colours or framing. Printing does not alter absorption performance. You get a panel that treats noise while carrying your identity. Discover printed made-to-measure.
Acoustic treatment or soundproofing: what is the difference?
The two are often confused, and that is normal. Soundproofing stops noise from passing from one space to another: the street, the neighbours, the room next door. It comes down to the mass of walls and glazing. Acoustic treatment, our trade, deals with noise inside a single room. Sound bounces off hard surfaces (glass, concrete, tiles) and builds up: that is reverberation. Our panels absorb these waves instead of reflecting them. The echo drops, listening fatigue falls and people can hear each other again. If your room echoes, treatment is what you need.
How many panels do I need to treat my room?
It depends on three things: the volume of the room, the amount of hard surfaces (glass, concrete, tiles) and the level of comfort you are aiming for. As a rule, treating 15 to 30% of the wall or ceiling area is enough to transform the feel. Rather than throwing out a random number, we start from your plan or a few photos to estimate the absorbent area that is genuinely useful, then we design a layout. The quote lays it all out. Better to place a few panels well than to cover an entire room: it is often more effective, and more elegant.
What are the lead times, and do you deliver across Europe?
You receive your personalised quote within 48 hours. Once the proof is approved, allow roughly 10 to 15 working days, manufacturing and delivery included. The exact lead time appears on the quote, as it depends on volume and destination. We deliver across the entire European Union and to the United Kingdom, on a DDP basis: import duties and taxes are included in the price, so no surprise charges on arrival. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the order ships, and we support you in your language, from the first exchange right through to installation. An urgent project? Tell us about it, we look at what is possible.
How are the panels installed, and what if I am not happy with the result?
Installation is simple: wall fixing (adhesive or clips depending on the surface) or cable suspension for ceilings and baffles. The panels are light and delivered ready to install, accessories included. Most of our clients fit them themselves, in a morning; we provide the guidance and can point you to a fitter if needed. As for the result, the proof approved before production guarantees the outcome. And if a panel arrives faulty, not matching the proof or damaged in transit, we remake or replace it at our expense, on a simple photo report sent within 48 hours.
